We set the table for Mother’s Day and welcome you to dine at the following times: 1:00 pm · 1:30 pm · 2:00 pm · 2:30 pm.
Mother’s Day Dinner Menu
Upon arrival
A glass of sparkling wine – to set the tone and celebrate mum as she deserves.
Starter
Roasted beets with creamy goat’s cheese – a well-balanced and flavourful beginning.
Main course – choose between two favourites:
Pork fillet from Grevbäck in Hjo is served with a red wine sauce, asparagus and classic potato gratin on Aby potatoes.
or
Cod loin with a silky Sandefjord sauce, Aby’s signature potatoes and asparagus.
Dessert
White chocolate crème brûlée – a delightful ending to the meal.
